Matt Ryan has made the Los Angeles Lakers opening night roster this puts their roster at 15 players plus they also have two guys on two-way deals Cole swider and Scottie Pippen Jr.
So their roster is completely filled up as of right now but both Matt Ryan and Wendy and Gabriel are on non-guaranteed deals so that allows the Lakers some roster flexibility, the season hasn’t even started but injuries are already starting to pile up for the Lakers it looks like Dennis Schroder could be out for a significant time with an injury.
Then also we haven’t seen Troy Brown Jr make his debut yet for the Lakers he was one of the Wings they had on the roster which is why signing Matt Ryan ends up making a lot of sense for the Lakers they need Wing they need shooting Matt Ryan can bring both of those things along with being solid defensively and the Lakers will really need more Wings on their our opening night roster.
So I think that Matt Ryan should be able to help the Lakers out from that aspect of his three-point shooting is really good he was a sharpshooter not only in preseason but in the g-league he had a more significant sample size he was still able to be lights out from the three-point line, so I think that with the Lakers he could end up being a really good shooter for them which is something that they really need they struggled a ton against the Sacramento Kings last night I know it’s only pre-season.
But they lost by like 50 and that’s pretty bad so it’s some additional shooting could definitely help out their offense and allow things to get going a little bit more for them allow them to space the floor out a little bit so hopefully Matt Ryan can be an impactful addition for the Lakers.
