I think we can all agree that it’s not normal and that there is definitely something going on internally here apart from them getting into an actual fight there is a lot of leading up to this many believe that had to do with money and the upcoming contract situation for both of them if you did not know Draymond Green and Jordan pool are eligible for a contract extension with Draymond Green wanting a Max and then Jordan poole likely wanting something very close to it.

I mean if Tyler hero can get a four-year 130 million dollar contract then Jordan poole can probably get even more and it’s hard to imagine that he feels any differently although according to Steph Curry their fight was not about the money he did not clarify what it was actually about and that really can mean anything.

But even if it wasn’t about the money between them Draymond Green individually feels like they’re not going to pay him or at least not for now anyways and with money being tight for the Warriors moving forward they will not be able to retain all of Jordan poole, Andrew Wiggins and dream on green Beyond this season whether they like it or not they are going to have to make a very difficult decision one that will involve choosing between a 32-year-old member of their big three or a 23-year-old up-and-coming star and Draymond Green knows and fully understands the situation they’re in he is well aware of the business that the NBA is and even a four-time NBA champion like himself is not Expendable not only that though.

But it almost feels like he wants to move on at times too he has been making some very interesting comments lately and ones that might hint at him eventually leaving that is what many Laker fans are hoping and even have ways expecting to happen too not that anyone should be banking on that happening but it’s not entirely out of the question with that being said though would it even be a possibility or would it even be worth it for the Lakers to Target him now that will obviously depend on whom you ask but it might not be oh the realm of possibility as we all know how much Draymond Green absolutely loves LeBron James that might not be something you thought you would hear about five years ago.

They have really turned the corner during the past few years now not only that though but the Lakers would theoretically have enough money for him too they won’t have quite enough to offer him a Max contract, but they would be able to offer him around 30 million per year do I recommend that yeah probably not, but they could obviously do much worse and with it projected to be a down year for free agency.

I would not doubt to see them consider doing it at the moment they are currently projected to have around 40 million in cap room or about 30 to 35 million after bringing back Austin Reeves who is pretty much a guarantee to be brought back however in order to keep that remaining cap room they would be required to let the rest of their free agents Walk For Nothing which would include guys like Patrick Beverley Kendrick Nunn Thomas Bryant and over half of their current team.

I mean we watched them do that before but it’s not something I recommend doing again it’s becoming harder and harder to build a good team around LeBron, and they are in need of depth rather than more star power along with that I’m not sure Draymond Green would be a great all-around fit for them either he definitely would on defense but LeBron and Anthony Davis are much different compared to Steph Curry and Klay Thompson at this point Draymond Green is pretty much made to play with them and it’s fair to wonder how we would adjust to life without them I for one am sick of them trying to create a big three and specifically one that does not fit perfectly they have always done better with depth rather than star power and that is what they should be looking for moving forward again I would not completely rule out anything here.

But I’m not a huge fan of pursuing Draymond Green nor do I believe it’s very likely to happen either what do you guys think though how do you feel the Warriors situation will affect Raymond Green.
